GuestMarket Book a walkthrough

In-room ordering for hotels

Your market,
delivered to the room.

Your guest scans a card on the nightstand, orders from a storefront that looks like your hotel, and your team walks it up. It runs on the market and the front desk you already have.

No app for guests. No kiosk. No new supplier.

Live at The Oaklander, Pittsburgh Under 2 weeks to launch a property 0% commission on what you sell

Why this works

You already sell this. Guests just have to get dressed first.

The market is already there

Most select-service and upscale hotels run a grab-and-go market by the lobby. Inventory, suppliers and room charge are solved problems.

The missing piece is the walk

At ten at night, a guest in a robe does not go down to the lobby. That sale quietly does not happen, every night, in every property.

Minibars are not coming back

Fewer than two percent of hotels in this segment still run one. The spend did not disappear with them. The path to it did.

How a guest uses it

Four steps, nothing to install

Scan

A printed card on the nightstand. The phone camera opens your storefront. No app, no account, no password.

Browse

Snacks, drinks, sundries and your own merchandise, with your name, your colours and your photography.

Charge to the room

The default option. The room number is already filled in from the card they scanned. Card payment is there if you want it.

Staff deliver

The front desk board chimes with the order and the room. The charge posts to the folio the way every other incidental does.

See the whole flow, screen by screen

What the hotel gets

An operations tool, not a web page

The guest sees a storefront. Your team gets the part that actually matters.

Live order board

Orders appear within seconds and chime until someone picks them up. New, preparing, out for delivery, delivered.

Room charge, your way

Staff tick the order once the charge is on the folio in your own system. No integration needed to start.

Your team runs the shop

Managers add products, change prices and mark items sold out. Nobody waits on a vendor to change the price of a Coke.

Reporting that earns its place

Revenue, top sellers, busiest hours, payment split, and how many guests scanned versus ordered. All exportable.

QR cards with your mark

Per room or one design for the property, logo set into the middle. Every code is checked that it still scans before it reaches you.

Roles for real teams

Front desk sees orders. Managers see products and reports. Owners see staff and a record of who changed what.

Every property looks like itself

Three storefront designs. Your brand, not ours.

Pick a layout, drop in the name, colours, logo and product list. Nothing the guest sees mentions us.

Questions we get

The practical ones

Does this need to connect to our PMS?

Not to start, and that is deliberate. It is why a property can go live in days. Staff post the charge to the folio in the system they already use, the same motion as any other incidental. Direct posting into the PMS is available later if a property wants it.

Who stocks it and who delivers?

You do, from the market you already run. We handle the ordering path from the room and the workflow at the desk. Those are the parts that are missing today.

What happens overnight when one person is on?

Orders queue on the board with the time they arrived, and you set delivery hours per day. Outside those hours the storefront tells the guest when it reopens rather than taking an order nobody can fill.

Can each property look different?

Yes, and it should. Layout, colours, logo, product mix and pricing are all per property. A group can also see every hotel in one roll-up.

How long does a launch actually take?

Under two weeks, usually less. It is configuration rather than development. The parts that set the pace are your product list, your photography, and getting the cards printed and placed.

Who supports it?

We do, directly. The Oaklander's marketplace has run for years on the same support.
